Intellectual Property Policy
At Shopied, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our sellers, partners, and customers to do the same. This policy outlines how we handle intellectual property (IP) matters, including copyrights, trademarks, and related rights.
1. Ownership of Content
All content available on Shopied, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and website design, is the property of Shopied or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from Shopied without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
2. Third-Party Intellectual Property
Shopied respects the intellectual property of third parties. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the products, descriptions, images, and other content they upload do not infringe upon the IP rights of others.
If we determine that any listing or content violates another party’s IP rights, we may remove it and take action against the responsible seller, which may include suspension or account termination.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure
